This two-toned Art Deco marble mantle clock from France is a classic with its iconic? I acquired it at a French flea market 30 years ago. At the time it was in running condition, but unfortunately pendulum lost functioning and completeness cannot be guaranteed. Original Art Deco mantle clock signed Bep, made in France in the 1920s / 1930s. Surmounted by two elegant chrome greyhounds. Initially attached by their two sides, but one side is loose. Genuine period piece in used condition, marble has chips, chrome patina is stained (please check pictures). The clock does not work anymore, though it was in working condition when I acquired it. My husband made a tool to wind it (see back picture). I did not try to repair, it may be possible, but not certain. The glass window is intact and the original piece. CM: Height 12cm including greyhounds / 9cm without x Width 18cm x Depth 4.5cm. INCH: Height 4.7 inches including greyhounds / 3.5 inches without x Width 7 inches x Depth 1.8 inches. I have to sell it and a few other antiques as I will move to a smaller place, please check my other listings.
